A Day in the Life
From the time they wake up to the time they go to bed, we’ve documented everything on the life of Canadian kids and their families. Over the course of a day kids today are exposed to a number of things.  

Some key findings:

• 90 percent of kids say they watch TV daily
• Kids are more likely to have spent 1-2 hours watching TV yesterday than playing video games.
• Parents actively include their children in household decisions, with kids physically in store while shopping having greater influence
• 50 percent of kids spent between 30 minutes – 2 hours engaging in physical activity yesterday
